What sort of fitting would I need to buy to connect to a manifold (coaxial) style water meter such as this one:

I see the connection is a single 1.5" BSP thread and they are designed to go in boundary boxes but I need to mount mine elsewhere hence needing a fitting to allow the meter to be placed inline on a 22mm pipe.
