cold radiators

ok i have a baxi105e combi boiler and the radiators downstairs are all cold apart from one. i have felt the inlet and outlet pipes and where the pipes come downstairs the hot water goes to the next trv valve and then stops that radiator is then stone cold along with the other which therefore after have cold inlet and outlet pipes. i have tryed draining the air from the top of the radiator but they are full of water
any help much appreciated

if the water is hot to the trv but the rads cold check the trv is open or check the brass pin in the trv is not stuck.
