Hi,
Wondered if anyone could help me diagnose the problem I've been having recently with my combi boiler.
I noticed that the pressure has been consistently getting higher, so much so, that I've had to keep draining some water out of one of the rads from time to time.
A friend of mine said that the only 2 places water can enter the system is through the heat exchanger or the mains filler loop. We replaced the filler tap thinking that would solve things but it hasn't.
Funny thing is though that the pressure only rises (and doesn't drop back) after the heating has been on. If the heating is off all day the pressure will stay where it was. Does that still point to the heat exchanger or could it be something else?
Many thanks.
