combi into a 3 bed house

Regarding the new regs, is ok to fit a new combi into a 3 bedroomed house such as the vaillant ecomax 828.
As i understand it CORGI say that you must not install a combi boiler unless it is in a 2 bedroomed flat or less, anything larger should be fitted with a condensing boiler.
