Hello there,
I'm planning to lay a concrete slab, for a 12 x 10 shed.... and was looking for some advice.
.....Because I'll be doing this on my own, I was going to lay the slab in 4 equal sized pieces, laid directly next to each other over a 2 week period.
Is this a feasible plan, and if so, would I have to "embed", anything to tie in the adjacent pieces ?
Any feedback, gratefully received

Many Thanks :D

You'd be better off putting concrete mix in, in the one day.

Have you looked into Hawklok as an alternative to concrete? Probably cheaper and certainly easier.

thought about concrete block strip foundation ?

lot less work, cheaper and easy to lay.

Also allows for air circulation underneath

I planned on the same thing, with my 12x10 'cabin' but in the end I've used some tanalised 6x2 to build a raised base on concrete blocks.

It's very sturdy!

There is a post on here where someone did the same - but concreted posts in instead, looked good
