Anyone know how to go about concreting the entire sub floor of my living room? I have a ground water problem and i have been told this would be an effective way around it. Would I need to take out the wooden joists that are supporting the floorboards or could I concrete around them? Also, how would i deal with the services to the house ie water/gas pipes and electric cables currently running under the boards?
Any suggestions welcome
