Condensing flue distance??

Hi, I'm planning a extension and stumped on the distance my flue needs to be away from the existing wall. I have looked at the instillation manual and understand that it needs to be 300mm below my window which is ok but it's a bit of a grey area as to the distance from the wall. Ideally I need it a few inches away!!

Assuming it's a fanned flue appliance, the building regulations give specific distances of the outlet from various features (walls opposite, internal and external corners, waste pipes etc).

Can't quite understand your situation - sketch/pic would help.

Look at approved document J, diagram 34, dimension H. Likely to be 300mm
