We have recently had a Glow Worm Flexicom 30 fitted and we are puzzled because we do not seem to have any water condensing in the pipe - it is bone dry. We have a 2 bed terrace house and use the shower and central heating daily; is it possible that the boiler has been incorrectly installed?
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Condensate usually comes from the boiler in a grey convoluted pipe which is connected by the installer with a 22mm white pipe ( at least internally ).

Perhaps you have the flow temperature set too high or are not looking at the condensate connection.

Regardless you should direct your enquiries towards the registered installer.
