The lighting circuit has a 6amp MCB

(1) The wall lights/switches are connected via 10amp junction boxes (is this OK?).

(2) What size connector strip should I use to connect the wall lights to the cable at the wall. I can buy 3, 5, 10 or 30amp ??????

if its just one light per terminal block then 5 amp will be fine and not to small to get your cables in

and the jb's are fine

That should be okay, I think bussiebuss meant only one light fitting, whether 1, 2 or 3 bulbs. I personally would go for the 10 amp connectors as load of room to put your lighting cable in (mind I am losing me eyesight :!: :!: :!: )
