Hi all, I am in the process of having a conservatory built and am debating the best construction for the base. We plan on having wet underfloor heating and so (think) we need a concrete slab and screed. My current thinking is....

65mm screed to cover UFH pipe work on 100mm insulation board on DPM on 30-40mm sand blinding on 150mm concrete slab on 150mm compacted hardcore. It seems a little excessive but is this the normal set up?

Also, when the concrete slab is laid how long should I wait before having the insulation put down? I know for the screed it is often said a day per mm; is it the same for the concrete slab (that would be 5 months?!?). Any help greatly appreciated.
