Conservatory Floor

Hi Folks, I am having a conservatory built, but the guy supplying and fitting the plastic and roof wanted £2000 just for the base and dwarf wall, I have a bricky to do the wall, and I will dig footings and do the base, what are the dimensions for a the footings ? and hardcore and concrete for the base ? I know I will need to put a membrane down but really need to know, Hardcore say so much thick, sand compacted, membrane then concrete ? please help thanx

Its 3 X 4 mtrs and the dwarf wall is along the front with the door opening in the middlw, I am using existing walls eitherside
