Conservatory Windows

Hi Help two windows on the same side of our Conservatory have condensation between the panes

A/ What has caused this??? Possibly the seals have gone?

B/ How do we replace...........the Company who built it are no longer in business Although another company did take over some of the work they now refuse to do anything else as it was a good will gesture on their part.

Yes seals gone, fairly simple to replace, remove trim /seals to access glass and replace.
