Cooker Hood Lights

I have a particularly strange one with my cooker hood where only one of the lights work.

It's strange because I know the transformer inside is working because the lights are in parallel and the other light works.

I also know it is not the bulb because I have tested it (and it is ok) and I have swapped them and it does light up.

I have had the holder out a couple of times to take a closer look and occasionally when you put it back in it works for a couple of minutes or until you switch it off and then on again.

Does anyone have any ideas?

The holder will require replacing as its damaged.
