Cost of a 4m x4m extension

Hi all I am looking at putting a bid in for a house it needs loads of work which I don’t mind just the extension has anyone a idea of how much a 4m x 4m with pitched roof and 2 velux would be around

No. Building work only (includes building finishes i.e. plastering etc).
