Get on the phone and get people round to price it properly
Waste of time even trying to guess a price on here because there are just too many factors..
The height
Is the ceiling plain or artexed
How many coats
Of what type of paint
Radiators
Windows
Location...ie prices in big cities are often higher than villages
How much preparation is needed
Whats on the walls at the moment
Whats rates do you want..i.e...tradesmans or a jobbing swiss roll (which normally equates to half the tradesmans rate..taking into consideration he probably wont be qualified be qualified, will want cash and definately wont have any insurance!!)
If anyone is unprofessional to give you a price over the phone, dont bother with them.
