Hey guys, thought id share that the first quote for a Worcester boiler 25kw and 210l tank has come in at £3800. This includes everything to the point of commissioning. In the meantime, I'm chipping away at the pipework...

Which is invariably wrong on most things so largely meaningless. 45P a mile is a load of twaddle mate... try 55p. Which adds up when you do 30 - 40 thousand a year.

I was setting out the typical customer's viewpoint and is about the cost of just petrol and tax for a smaller mileage.

The actual cost of running a van for mostly shorter journies for those who do installations and longer jobs and not just repairs and don't usually go further than 8 miles away from home is going to be well over £1 a mile taking into account depreciation and repairs and vandal damage and some accident damage not covered by any insurance.
