Council, mast blunders uncovered

Protesting a planning application for comms. mast??
Beware !

On 66 occasions, councils have fallen foul of a legal loophole allowing masts to be approved if an operator is not sent an answer within a set time limit.
In 37 of those cases, the council had intended to object to the application.

A friend has several on his hill top farmland several fields clear of peeps... Makes more than a half decent pension income from them !!

Can't believe the quote from the head of Oxford's planning - he approves just about anything whether it is wanted or not.
