Craftcast houses - extensions and general building works

Hello all! We’ve seen a detached house we like - it’s a Craftcast concrete home that was built in the 50s. Are there any fundamental issues with owning a concrete home from a structural integrity point of view? Does anyone on the forum here live in a concrete house or have any thoughts on how difficult it might be to extend and build on this type of house? Thanks a lot!
