Hello there!

I've ordered a new Kitchen in a gloss white finish and intend to box in the Boiler. A standard cupboard door is too short for this so the designer sugested using a larger door and cutting it to the required size. Is this possible without splitting or ruining the gloss finish?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.........

Be carefull. A router will split at one end due to the direction of cut. Unless you use a stop block.
You could take it to a local joinery shop for piece of mind - 2 mins and a fiver.
