So our flow screed was finally pumped in on Friday, I've got someone coming to sand it later this week. I've still got upstands, slip layer and dpm which are coming above the screed level (on purpose) which now need cutting flush. Will this need to be done prior to the sanding? and secondly can the dpm be cut flush with the floor or should it remain going up the wall and just be hidden behind skirting? I don't want to cut it flush and find building control have an issue with it. I might try and call my Inspector tomorrow perhaps to double check
Thanks as always
