Danfoss Randall FP 715

Hello All

I would be grateful if you could please help me with the issue I am having please.

The Danfoss Randall FP 715 was working perfectly fine, but suddenly it is hung on the ON state. No matter which button I press, it does not take any! I tried to press the Factory R/S using a pencil and its not taking this as well.

Any suggestions please?

try turning it off at the main switch and back on but the chances are your programmer is knackered.

What is the system fuse rated at? Hope not 13amps
