DHW Thermistor on Saunier Duval Thema Condens 24e?

After thoroughly cleaning and flushing the DHW heat exchanger in the above boiler, we still have the same problem: Heating is fine, but DHW gives about 30 seconds of hot water before running lukewarm and then cold. I read on here that the DHW Thermistor being crudded up may be the issue and would like to clean it, but the install manual for that unit doesn't describe it using the same terminology. Anyone able to point me in the right direction of where it is on the unit or what the manual refers to it as?
