Hi,
I am looking at decorating the bedroom.
Couple of years ago I put up 2 pine shelves, the sort you get in DIY stores for @ £10), (1 my side of the bed the other my wife's side of the bed), our internal walls are Plasterboard, so of course I use the supplied plugs, but I can't remember if I used No nails as well.
If I did use No Nails and try to remove the shelf brackets, will it pull apart part of the plaster?
Would I be better off:-
1) Leaving as is and paint around
2) Remove the shelves from the brackets ( I might have use no nails to stick the Shelves to the brackets) and paint around the Brackets.
3) Go around the brackets with a stanley knife, so that if it does pull at the plaster board it is just the plaster board behind the bracket.
Look forward to receiving advise.
Steve
