Hi, this is my first post, any help would be much appreciated.
I have a Dimplex Danville opti-myst electric fire, and have an issue with it.
When turning on the fire, the bulbs light up, the mist starts coming out, after 20 seconds it shuts off. Then it starts up again on its own, and continuously does that. I believe the transducer is working fine, but the fan doesn't seem to be working as far as I can see.
I have replaced the transducer disk as I thought that may have been the problem, but it hasn't solved it.
Would the fan cause this problem stated above, so basically would a replacement fan solve the problem?
Any help much appreciated.
