Dishwasher Bosch Exxcel Bottom Rotor

The rotation noise is unbelivable ... like a steam train chuff chuff ... why is this ?

If I stop it rotating .. no noise.

Advice on how to silence this appreciated . Without dropping a knife down the hole

Rotating imbalance ? Is it damaged ?

Take it off and check that one side isn't blocked up with something....
