distance between properties for fluing?

hi all,
can anyone advise of the min distance for a boiler flue between two houses where the flu terminates in a covered passage between the two houses?

If the passage is covered then you cannot.

There is a CORGI advice note about this a little while ago that has been linked to on here.

thanks for replies,

tony i have been misinformed the passageway is not covered after all, and the gap between houses is 1.3 mtrs. will pluming be an issue though at this distance? flu will terminate around the middle of the passage so is to far from either end for a kit.
