Diverter Valve problem

Hello
I have a problem that I need some advice on please. I have a Worc Greenstar Heatslave 25/32.

So Hot Water working but not CH . When you look the leaver is sticking open on Hot Water and is not moving back when CH is called for. You can fiddle with it and then it moves back and CH works ok until Hot Water is called again.
I have now set the Manual override I think my pressing the top button down, but that hasnt sorted it either, and I cant turn it off.

So I have had a look on the internet and I dont know what I need a new Diverter Valve a Diaphragm or an Actuator? What is the difference between these?
