hi guys, just wondering if any1 can advise me on dot and dab job im going to try on my wall. the old plaster is falling off, due to a mixture of it been old and probably damp. im going to hack it all off but can i dot and dab plasterboard st8 onto it afterwards or would could i put scratch render coat onto it with waterproffer in it first. and then put up my plasterborad with direct bond method? thanks for ur help, im a real muppet
