Hi Guys. I'm new here but I have searched but can't find an answer to my query.
We have just moved house and have started decorating throughout and the Radiators which at present are Single Panel Radiators are looking abit worse for wear asthetically, with nastly gloss runs all over them, we have decided to buy new Radiators to replace the existing ones, my query is which type to go for - Single Panel Convector, Double Panel Single Convector or Double Panel Double Convector Radiator ? Are the double panel radiators more efficient than single panel radiators ? or is it all down to BTU's and the space available to fit the radiators ? My rooms are fairly big and the radiators average around 1500mm x 700m.
Am I just being thick thinking 2 panels are better than 1 ?
I found this on tinterweb
Does this sound right to you guys ? (Sorry I'm Dumb as Hell with this sort of thing)
Cheers for any help.

but the ideal one is a single panel with a convector as long as possible, but as low as possible.
Only choose a double panel radiator if the wall space available is really small.
