double glazed door

Can anybody tell me how to install the double glazed pannells in a upvc door. Is there a particular sequence of installing the beatings? many thanks

it really depends if they are mitered on the corners or not, on the older doors you have to put the top and bottom in first because they fit to the edge of the panel opening.if they are mitered you may be as well fitting the sides first then the top & the bottom last........ian

thanks Ian;; what about the packers under the pannell where do u put the thick ones? and how do u prevent the door from dropping

the packers are different sizes to allow you to position the glass in the middle,i,m not sure what you mean about the door dropping if you could give a bit more detail......ian
