Anyone ever encountered the bottom bead is fixed?

Is it moulded or can you see the joint line?
You can see a joint line, you can get at it but it just mashes it up if using something sharp
If you have the other 3 out why not just leave the bottom bead in place, you can still remove the glass

Correct Crank, if the 3 beads are out ease the top of the glass towards yourself then "wiggle" the glass upwards and out. You may find that the glass has slipped and is stuck to the bottom bead stopping it's removal and/or no glazing packers have been used
