After so much research I've decided to use liquid dpm synthaprood.
Today I remove a blocked up door way and although all inspections state no dpc anywhere I have now found a plastic membrane one black one white and this has been joined once the opening has been blocked up
Upon further inspection around the floor there's definably damp issues going on as if the membrane has failed completely
Would I still be okay applying liquid dpm of there's a membrane underneath
