Hi, newbie here, so hopefully I'm in the right place.
I have a single story extension with attic space that was previously used as a games room. I am soon to start converting the attic space into a new bedroom with an en-suite.
The problem I have is that the ensuite will need an extractor fan and the en-suite will be at the highest point in the attic. So should the extractor fan vent straight out through the roof (is this a leak disaster waiting to happen). Or can the ducting be run downwards towards the eves? (will this work).
I hope I have explained the situation!!
Thanks in anticipation.
