east midlands roofers?

Hi I'm looking for a reliable east midlands based roofer, does anyone know any where to get some good quality quotes?

I've seen http://www.recommendedroofersandbuilders.com which looks good and also http://www.ratedpeople.com but does anyone know of any more?

Your better of getting recomendations from family or friends.
Those sites are a waste of time, most good tradesmen wouldnt need to pay fees to be a member.

i'm in Nottingham and needed a roofer recently. A friend recommended someone and i've had him do 3 jobs for me now.
Very please with his workmanship. I'd say he's around 45-50 ish, so he's no youngster out to make a quick buck from a bodge job.

He lives just off j26 of the m1.
