Electric shower - runs cold on occasions

I have a new Mira Sport shower - basic model - the shower runs cold on occasions. Is this due to low water pressuer - my flat is on the forth floor but not sure if the cold is direct or indirect feed.

Would a Grundfos UPA 15-90 Domestic Cold Water Boosting Pump solve the problem?

get your mains pressure checked first.
