Engine starting problem

Hello

I bought Renault megane 2001 1.6 16v 9 months ago. since now i havent had any problem except my engine management light is on for two month havent sorted yet,,,,, secondly my car doesnt start in one it takes couple time to turn my keys to start engine... later it start in one key rotation.. its just first time in da morning.... can any one plss suggest what to do .......

Could be anything, your description makes me think it might be a fuel pump, possibly the one in the tank. I'm not a mechanic tho!
You should be able to get your fault codes read and cleared by most garages, 2001 petrol UK models shouldn't need a renault specific diagnosis tool.
