Euro Cylinder will not remove, bolt stuck

Hi, I have a Euro cylinder lock, the bolt will not turn back into it's housing so I cannot close the door at all. I have removed the cylinder screw, and tried to remove the cylinder, it is loose and will move back and forth but will not release regardless of what angle the key is at. Is this because of the bolt being stuck in the 'out' position? Any help gratefully received. Thanks in advance.

think this is where you will have to snap the cylinder,its a pig of a job without the correct tool but can be done.
