Hi, my eurosec keypad has been going off every hour with a message saying "fuse/bat fault, check!!" We have been reading some of the questions and answers on here and someone suggested to remove the battery. We turned the main power off, then removed the fuse, then took the battery off and close the lid and reattached the fuse. When we took the battery off, the outside alarm went off, once we closed the lid and attached the fuse, the alarm outside stopped but the keypad still beeping with the same message on even after we removed the battery. What should we do? :(

Is there a way for it to stop it checking until the new battery gets delivered and replaced?

Set system and remove all the zones ....for this you need to know all the zone numbers ....or open panel switch remove one of the speaker wires and one of the keypad wire ...12+

Hi, so I've finally changed the battery. after few hours, The keypad beep again and says control box tamper. Do you know why?

Ensure control panel lid is closed correctly and also check that you have not knocked the lid tamper spring off on pcb.
Enter code number press reset. If then does not reset reset, your system is set to engineer reset on tamper fault.
It will need reprogramming to sort problem out, also if control panel is found to be engineer locked ,then you will need a new control panel to resolve issue
