Existing cavity concrete fill

Might be a silly question but, how do you fill an existing cavity wall with a lean concrete below DPC?
I'm planning to replace suspended timber floor with solid concrete so need to fill in the existing cavity.

You probably don’t need to. It’s more for newly built walls to give stability when back filling etc
