Do you guys include replacing inaccessible old hot and cold pipework when converting or installing central heating systems. i.e combi to tank fed supplies with the old pipework. I always where I can replace but had job recently which had concealed pipework under tiled flooring. This hot and cold pipework was tank fed and is now main's pressure due to a combi swap. I'm slightly paranoid the old copper pipework fittings might split.
