We have loft windows with electric roller blinds in the loft - ARZ-E (product code). One of the blinds has disappeared into the roller blinds box where the motor winds the blind up into and it does not come out anymore. The motor still works on a timer or if activated manually. Has anyone come across a disappearing Fakro roller blind before??
