ferroli Combi 77 FF (47 267 04)

Hi, I seem to have a problem with my ferroli Combi 77 FF (47 267 04). The problem is on the hot water side of the boiler. When the shower or tap etc has been on for about 5-10 min the boiler decides to totally shut down inc pilot light. I have tried swapping the thermal cut offs but the same thing seems to happen. I have read several posts across the net suggesting that the pipes may be furred up. Replacement of the boiler is not a option due to funds so any advice would be very grateful.
