The boiler has been installed for approx 5yrs and I am currently experiencing an intermittent problem with CH. Boiler supply pressure 1.2 bar, operating pressure 1.8 bar.
The boiler fires up in CH mode and shuts down after approx 30 seconds. If during this interval DHW is demanded the boiler runs correctly however HW is excessively hot for a short period, approx 5 secs. An audible click is evident when HW is demanded.
If HW is not demanded the boiler continues to cycle at this interval.
DHW operation is correct.
As mentioned this is currently an intermittent problem however is becoming more frequent.
