firebird oil combi c26 central heating

Hi, I've just bought second hand (2011) firebird combi c26 and the HW works fine, with the HW light coming on at front but CH light wont come on and boiler stops after HW has heated up. Also, both pumps aren't working either. The flow pipe coming out from the boiler is hot, bur obviously not being pumped around.
I've checked and have got live power coming in for the CH right up to the PCB board, but no power from PCB board going into either pumps (and, as i said, only light at front coming on is the HW. I haven't got any room stat wired in (dont know if i should loop both terminals at connector itself for the room stat?).

Sooo frustrating...

Look at the wiring installation instructions. If you have no room stat then you need to loop the terminals.
