Hi,
I'm thinking of replacing my existing boiler with a condensing one.
Please can someone tell me what is the minimum distance allowed from the end of the new boilers flue to the side of the house next door.
(there is only about 120cms between the houses)

thanks

Obviously your CORGI registered installer will advise you!

In the generality you should not discharge over a neighbours land closer than 2.5 m from the discharge point.

However, many boilers have plume managent kits which will enable a suitably remote discharge point to be selected.

Too close... you could try and incorporate a flue diversion kit of some kind... depending on what boiler you were to chose. This would direct the flue gas elsewhere which may help in this situation.
