Flymo turbo compact 380 cutter balde

Have serviced it, cleaned out all the grass clippings and noticed that the cutter blade is actually squared edge on both edges.

I'm assuming that the lead edge should have a sharpened cutting edge ?

Acquired it from my neighbor who was throwing it out so Flymos are new to me !

Its only the blade tips that need an edge - about the first inch or so. I've never seen a square edge one! The angled tips should point downwards, of course.
