Hi all...Thanks for all your help so far, i have another question regarding my concrete floor.
I have leveled the sand (best i can) and layed the DPC then layed 100mm foil boards on top.
Probem is this, the boards say " tape board this side"....question is why do they need taping (i quess cos there are some small gaps) and what type of tape.
Other thing is, 2 of the boards rock a bit on the sand section that is not completely level....is this an issue?
My concrete is due for delivery on thursday so any quick responses would be appreciated.

Either tape them with foil tape or lay a 125micron polythene vapour control layer to stop the screed seeping into the joints and ensure the insulation doesn't absorb any moisture.

The problem with rocking boards is that when you wheel a barrow full of concrete over them they will snap. Fix it before its too late.
