When making a payment on line a secure window appears from the credit or debit card company concerned asking for random numbers from your password. On several occasions a fraudulent window has appeared asking if my card is debit or credit and for my ATM pin number. Has any one else experienced this?

Can't say I have, but do not give anyone your pin number.
I would suggest that you update and run a FULL scan with each of your antivirus and antispyware programs in turn.
