I have attached some photos in the hope that someone can offer advise on whether this gap under the doorsill could likely cause the leak onto the ceiling below.
The cavity wall is supported on 2 metal I beams and my theory is its going under the threshold inbetween the 2 metal beams and landing on the ceiling.
