Hi Folks,
I have a standard manual metal up and over garage door that has come off both its runners.
I can slot one side back in the runner but the other won't fit
Other than bending back the metal on the runner, putting in place and bending metal runner back again, how can I do it properly?
I'm sure there's a knack to doing this easily.
Any ideas?
Thanks

I've had this happen and short or taking the runner off and fitting it again, the easiest option is t bend the runner and refit. You can bend it back easily and you only need to bend it a little to get the guide wheel back in

Managed to fix it. Got my son to help me heave it slightly sideways and now both ends are in the runners, Thanks, Phew!
